We are excited to announce the commencement of the Inclusive Employers Awards, a significant initiation by the Nepal Disabled Human Rights Center (DHRC-Nepal), a prominent disability rights organization with a steadfast commitment to advocating for disability rights in Nepal over the past 23 years.
The Inclusive Employers Awards are a monument to DHRC-Nepal’s decade-long commitment to strengthening the economic empowerment of people with disabilities. We are now strongly advocating for their inclusion in Nepal’s employment sector. This is a critical step in our effort to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce.

Application Period: Applications for the Inclusive Employers Awards will be accepted from November 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023.(deadline extended to 30th November)

Purpose of the Awards: The Inclusive Employers Awards seek to recognize and celebrate the remarkable efforts made by organizations and businesses in Nepal that have substantially contributed to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce. We recognize and respect their commitment to fostering inclusive, diverse workplaces in Nepal.
New Beginnings: We are thrilled to announce that the Inclusive Employers Awards will be launched this year, and we are excited to see the great influence it will have on encouraging inclusion in the workplace throughout Nepal.
